We have a few simple rules here:

no hate, political, racist, or illegal ads, no anti-government ads of any kind.
no misleading advertising (ex. notification of paypal payment received)
ABSOLUTELY NO DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS, duplicate accounts if found, will be deleted without notification and not allowed to rejoin.
NO BOUNCED MAILS, after 5 bounces, your account is deleted.
